Luzzu Trip

The luzzu is a traditional type of fishing boat from the Maltese islands. Traditionally, they are brilliantly brushed in shades of yellow, red, green and blue. The prow is normally pointed with a pair of eyes, which is considered to be the modern survival of an ancient Phoenician characteristic. They are sometimes referred to as the Eye of Horus or of Osiris.
The luzzu is ideal for a small group wanting to spend a day fishing around the Maltese islands.
